By creating an account or using WholesaleWriter AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
WholesaleWriter AI is an AI-powered content generation tool for real estate wholesalers. It provides templates and AI-generated copy for seller outreach letters, SMS scripts, cash buyer emails and SMS, social media posts, follow-up sequences, and letters of intent. Usage is subject to plan limits (e.g. free trial, Starter, Pro, Growth, Team) and optional credit top-ups as described on our Pricing page.
Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share account access in a way that circumvents per-user or per-seat limits where applicable (e.g. Team plan).
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, to harass or harm others, to send spam, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service and to use the content you generate for your business purposes. We retain all rights in the Service, its design, and our brand. Generated content is yours to use; we do not claim ownership of your outputs.
Payment and Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy (typically within a short window after charge). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain data as required by law or as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content is legally compliant in your jurisdiction (e.g. for TCPA, mail, or advertising). You are responsible for having legal documents like LOIs reviewed by your attorney. We are not liable for outcomes from your use of generated content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WholesaleWriter AI and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
