Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, optional company name), when you use the service (content you generate, inputs and outputs for saving to your library), and when you subscribe or purchase credits (billing information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve WholesaleWriter AI: to authenticate you, manage your subscription and credits, store your saved content, send transactional and product emails (e.g. verification, billing, password reset), and to analyze product usage and reliability.

Data Retention
We retain your account data and saved content for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize your data in line with our internal retention schedule, except where we must retain data for legal or security reasons.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your profile in Account Settings and request account deletion by contacting us. For requests that we cannot fulfill from the product, contact us at the email below.
